The Service Center is divided into Problem-solving Department, Technical Support Department, Network Management Department and Training Department. It mainly commits for operation, maintenance and safety management research of the systems related to Broad-band Network Multi-media. It offers the users high quality 7*24 hours after-sale technical support service on the systems, terminals and network maintenance of the whole series of Broad-band Network Multi-media products. |
The Service Center relies on the comprehensive strength of the technical support teams from the research team of Institution, the content operation team of Broad-band Information Service Center, the network engineering team of Engineering Center and the maintenance team of Manufacturing Center. It ensures the rapid and effective transfer and use of all the technical resources of Vcom and ensures timely screening, rapid response, division of processing and timely feedback for the users’ using obstacles through the high efficient inter-Centers’ communicating harmonious processing mechanism.
